great company with great people. We had a shared goal to make it a success in a new operation. Some of the best people I've ever worked with. Very good benefits. Enjoyed my time there. Have man friends from the experience.

Cons

Pretty hard to have a work life balance. Work is demanding of your time due to the short working season.

Great people to work with. Sales management from other offices spent a great deal of time assisting to build sales.

Cons

Not always upfront with employees. Was told late in my employment that our division would be sold off and that current office employees would have the opportunity to transfer within or offered a position with the new buyer. Unfortunately, this did not happen in all cases.
