Good skilled IT workers, energetic place, and lots to learn and do. Lots of innovation in the early days by very highly skilled and efficient people.

Cons

IT management are ran by monkeys, once the new IT bosses who are just losers from Merrill Lynch had their way with things. Everything got changed around for the worse. Back then IT was very efficient and highly skilled sudden got torn apart by the new management that are clueless and fired all the smart people.
