Pros

Great company. You work with smart and talented people in a very fast moving environment. Many challenging projects where you will learned a lot.

Cons

You must be ready to commit yourself fully to be successful. It is not another 9 to 5 job. The company has high expectations from their employees. It is not for everyone.

The company is small enough where you can learn from many different people and take on a multitude of rolls that may be outside your job description

Cons

Since knight is small the salaries are lower than other wall street firms. You have to contend with the poor market conditions
