Pros

Few limits placed on employees with initiative. Great place if you're a mercenary sales/trader type and just want a Bloomberg terminal and phone and to be left alone. Despite this, co-workers were decent and the a--hole factor was low.

Cons

Weak corporate identity and culture, e.g. they could (and did) change the nameplate and nobody noticed or cared.
