very little red tape. Get your ideas across and implement them. Easy to get recognition but it doesn't go far.

Cons

Small / mid size firm makes it hard to move up as there is a very finite number of leadership positions.

Competitive Salary and good location.

Cons

Horrible place that doesn't care about their employees. No orientation or training provided when you start your job. No communication from management. long hours. This place is a mess.

Technology side is very fast paced. You will get a lots of hands on experience. Fellow technologists are very talented.

Cons

Management is from Getco side and too stupid to realize revenue is more from Knight Side. Totally biased and unfair management towards Knight's Employees.
