      Pros

      Knotch is a great place to work because the product is trying to bring more accountability and transparency to an industry that needs just that. We have a great product but more importantly a diverse group of smart people all working together towards a common goal.

      Cons

      As with all early stage companies people that work here need to be able to wear many hats, so it may not be the best fit for people who like highly defined roles and responsibilities.

      Amazing work culture, flexible schedule, good benefits, great location in Manhattan, tons of opportunity to learn and grow in multiple directions and develop professionally.

      Cons

      Growing out of our office, lean staff for now means we all take on a lot (both a pro and a con, frankly).
