      Pros

      - Versatility of a small startup. Not much red tape when it comes to decision-making and getting things done. Employees have the power to make an immediate, substantive impact - Freedom of remote work - The people are generally positive and overall fun to work with - Exciting, powerful and unique software product - Excellent benefits and perks despite smaller size - Challenging work

      - Limited resources - Limited ability to interact with co-workers in person

      Candidly, not much to share here

      Cons

      - Leadership deeply ineffective, disorganized, and prone to micromanaging at the IC level - Products aren’t something customers actually need, so they churn once they find out - Dishonest about compensation and growth opportunities - Poor work / life balance - Generally just a strange, toxic place to work
