Pros

People - I have never been around a group of people that have as much fun on the job as this group. Great Service - with what hackers are doing today, companies need a way to make sure their employees are fully trained and aware of their responsibilities when it comes to security. Growth - Ranked 139 on the Inc 500 list of fastest growing US companies in 2016. Plenty of opportunity to advance and grow with the company.

Cons

With all the growth, it is hard to keep up with the hiring requirements. Nothing else I can think of as a negative.

the amazing 12th floor view of Clearwater beach fantastic training program - structured, progressive, and in depth positive and supportive vibe on all levels cash bonuses $$$ , due to our extremely generous CEO Stu Sjouwerman some more specifics- Drew (hiring and recruiting) was a pleasure to deal with and made me comfortable during the interviewing: a process that is inherently uncertain. Matt is an amazing trainer! and his enthusiasm is truly contagious. I am quite excited to be valued here and to contribute in any way I can. Being treated so well has a major effect on morale. I also love how all the numbers/profits/stats are shared with the whole company, never seen anything like it

Cons

...seems to be the best job I've ever had i am hoping that 401k matching will be offered at some point, but it would just be icing on the cake

Pros

Friendly and welcoming staff that cares about helping the customer. Great pay and bonuses. Very in depth training and development.

Cons

The health insurance is decent but could be better. Luckily we can make more than enough in bonuses to offset that. It is a stretch to think of a negative at this point.

We are working on our benefits better each year. We are adding to them all the time. Also we have promoted 150 people so far this year so hopefully you are part of those opportunities.
