Pros

Everyone seems excited to work for a growing company. They have a great product that a lot of people need. The cash bonuses are a nice perk.

Cons

The base is low. They have hired way too many sales people. Unfortunately a lot of the SMB sales reps do not hit quota every month since they have hired so many sales people. A lot of people are on PIPs.

Thanks for the feedback. We have slowed the SMB hiring while the marketing team is expanded and the lead flow increases. Prospecting is part of every sales job and while the amount has increased recently, reps are always expected to prospect. There is only a small percentage of SMB Reps on PIPs. In my 20 plus year career around sales organizations, I have never been around one with as low a turnover rate as KnowBe4. Every sales position is not for every sales person. We hope you find yourself a better match.

Pros

I built this company from scratch. It's my fifth startup. I love to come to work every day and continue our hyper-growth with the team of A-players we have. It's a great team that focuses on getting it done right the first time, doing it fast and having fun while we do it! This is a meritocracy, we run the place by the numbers and if you perform, you can move into a management role fast. Did you know that the *average* pay here is way higher than normal?

Cons

Hyper-growth means teething problems now and then. But we have the problems we want to have !

Work hard, play hard mentality. Co workers who are like family. Appreciated and validated. Fun atmosphere that allows you to get you know what done. Growth. Advancement opportunities. Unlimited PTO. Snacks. Coffee. Yoga. Gym membership. Cash bonuses. Team work. You get what you put into it. We are a successful company because we work hard, take care of business and stick together through it all. I have never worked in a place where I felt so appreciated and had the feeling of making a difference and contributing.

Cons

Parking isn't the greatest. Everyone has a spot and it's free, just not always an ideal location. Healthy snacks when you just want a candy bar!
