- Lack of communication within some departments - Disorganized processes - They tout "radical transparency" but that seems to only apply when it's convenient/makes them look good - Many benefits that drew me to the company in the first place have been trimmed or cut altogether - Pay raises and even COLA adjustment seems to have gone out the window - I used to love the daily briefings but now they seem to only serve as a way to hype the sales team which leaves the rest of the company (the faceless ones behind the product) feeling discarded - The "company culture" seems to have taken a steady dive
