I am sorry to hear you had a less than positive experience at KnowBe4. From the first day we bring on our new hires, we want to make sure that we are a good fit for them and they are a good fit for us. Unfortunately, that means that sometimes people don’t make it through training. We do provide countless different forms of support to our team members including management skills training, performance coaches for each employee, periodic one on one meetings with your manager, Career Dave, frequent internal promotions and lots of opportunities for growth and support.
