The people play a big part in the culture - I am fortunate enough to get to cross collaborate with a lot of different departments and everyone is fun, helpful, smart, and genuinely cares about the mission and about each other. I love being able to come to work and be myself, different opinions and ideas are heard and valued. Love our employee resource groups and how far we've come with DEI. Managers are so supportive, they care about the development and growth of their team so lots of internal promotions! Open PTO really helps have flexibility and work life balance, our healthcare is great, and we have certification bonuses which helps us continue to grow and learn. Great snacks, monthly catered lunch, espresso machines. Transparent daily meeting where the c-level executives update us and keep us all on the same page. Awesome tools to do our jobs efficiently. Truly the best place I've worked!

I think some of our benefits could be more competitive with other top tech companies.

open pto, company-wide transparency, management trusts you (no micromanagement), remote work, fun atmosphere even when working remotely, opportunities for career advancement, constant feedback - no waiting for annual reviews to know if you're doing well or have something to work on.

Cons

the holiday party isn't what it use to be and health perks such as peerfit could be better.

This company has severely gone downhill due to poor leadership. Promotions are decided based on rank in religious affiliations. The culture has disappeared. There is no equity. There is no equality. In fact, the CEO has made it clear that he does not agree with the concept of equity in DEIB, and diversity is very surface level. If you don't agree and go with the flow, you will be forced out.
