      Pros

      Hands down the best part of my job is my team and director. It is a fast paced job. You will never be bored here. PTO policy is fantastic. Our product offering is best in class.

      Cons

      Some of us have long commutes and traffic is difficult during winter months. Competition in this market is fierce and there will be hard months.

      Pros

      Knowbe4 is a great place to work; with great customers and coworkers. Lots of work, but efficient processes that allows us to act as an owner and provide great service.

      Cons

      Pay could be more in line with the industry; especially with the amount of technical work needed to keep our customers informed and taken care of.

      Pros

      The team in NYC are great - motivated, energetic and support each other which makes it a really special place to be. There’s some wonderful people in Clearwater- they know the organization well, are hungry to learn and make you feel very welcome. Vista have also done a really good job with the Exec leadership hires in Enterprise, GTM and the new CEO seems great (high standards and driving change). Massive market opportunity with KB4 having 70k customers and offering a platform in a fast growing space.

      Cons

      Onboarding needs to evolve. Competitive marketplace. Competitors spend more in marketing.
