Pros
I can honestly say this is one of the best places I've worked! The people are truly fantastic – everyone is supportive and genuinely good to work with. There's a real positive atmosphere that makes coming to work enjoyable. We get free lunch twice a month, which is a nice perk, and the unlimited PTO is incredible for work-life balance. It's exciting to be part of a growing company under fairly new leadership; you can feel the energy, and there are lots of positive changes coming that will only make things better.
Cons
The hours can be pretty busy with monthly closes, but honestly, if you have good attention to detail and strong organization skills, it's totally manageable and not a problem.
