      Pros

      *Terrific leadership that genuinely is invested in your success. *Actively seeks to improve work processes to improve output and quality. *Unlimited PTO (with a few restrictions) *Trys hard to keep you in the loop when they can. *Overall great place to work, could use a few minor improvements

      Cons

      *Recent changes to benefits, but adding nothing in its place to replace benefits lost *Health insurance plans are not as great as they used to be *Lower pay than industry average *Little acknowledgement of competition in the space.

      Pros

      KnowBe4 is the best! I love the culture of the company and everyone I work with is super nice. Leadership is very transparent and keeps everyone at the company informed. We also have great benefits such as unlimited PTO. Would highly recommend.

      Cons

      We had a ClassPass benefit before which I really enjoyed, so I was sad when it ended.

      Pros

      Strong workplace culture: Supportive upper management fostering a positive and supportive workplace culture. Opportunities for growth: There are dozens of new opportunities opening as the company continues to grow, and management really cares about employees career growth. The work and time you put in really means something. Work-life balance: In my time here, I have never felt burnt out. Management makes a healthy work-life balance a priority. Life happens, and it's great to have a company that understands that and works with you.

      Cons

      None that I have come across. The company does a great job at providing multiple opportunities to share feedback and consistently takes recommendations to improve productivity.
