Pros
Great team and atmosphere. Good comps package. Feel valued. I have worked for many companies in my work life and have at times felt like I was not valued, just a number, and replaceable. KnowBe4 feel very different, I feel like I have found my home, a place to be more than just a number where I feel valued and like I matter. Every day you are kept in the loop as to what is going on across the company globally, I work with a diverse cultural team from a cross the globe and I get to learn about their culture whilst going about my daily job. I am given all of the tools I need, all of the support, and I feel empowered to do my job to the best of my ability. It is safe to say I love job here.
Cons
None to be honest, I would be having to really nitpic to find something wrong. O my Keyboard has the US Layout not the UK.
