I love working with experienced, like-minded sales professionals, who are kind and willing to guide newcomers to successful business practices. The training and onboarding provided for new hires is well orchestrated, and very thorough. The benefits provided are excellent.
Cons
Tools to enhance prospecting processes were lacking when I joined the org, but reforms have recently been made and this issue has improved drastically.
