      Pros

      In my 2+ years at KnowBe4, I've worked on two teams and both were incredible. KnowBe4 is an extremely transparent company with daily meetings with our CEO. I can count on two hands the number of days he's missed our daily meeting. The culture is amazing, and the company really values work-life balance. There is an incredible amount of support from anyone you ask, from the mailroom to the boardroom. Leadership is accessible and open to feedback. Couldn't ask for a better company to work for!

      Pros

      Decent pay, but making less than we were a year ago. Unlimited vacation the first 2 weeks of each month. Fully Remote.

      Cons

      Shady Management moves. No more line between sales and customer care, everything is sales push. Will break policy to look better on paper. The entire energy of the company has shifted in the last 5-6 months to a more negative feeling and forced smiles on camera.

      Pros

      Love the product and the brand recognition. This company really puts focus on wanting everyone to be as successful as possible.

      Cons

      Many employees are remote and that takes away from the fun selling environment but we all do our best to share BPs.
