We understand the frustrations that can come with commission-based roles and want to thank you for providing your feedback. We recognize the economy is constantly changing, which is why we provided a 5% cost-of-living adjustment to our employees to combat inflation in January, and we are also offering an additional cost-of-living adjustment in August 2022. Many of our CSMs will also be receiving base pay increases starting in August 2022, and we increased OTE for all CSM positions to stay competitive with current market pay.
