Pros

I would have to say the transparency and sense that we are all in this together; that we all contribute to the monthly goals and overall OKR for the company. You feel it in the air, especially when we all pull together at the end of the month to hit our numbers.

KB4 is unlike any company I have worked for. The support and training you receive as a new employee sets you up for success in your role. The teams and leaders within the organization are positive, forward thinking, and are as invested in your success as you are. Definitely an amazing organization to be a part of!
