Thank you for providing your feedback regarding salaries in our CSM department. We understand the frustrations that can come with commission-based roles. We also recognize the economy is constantly changing, which is why earlier this year in January, we provided a 5% cost of living adjustment to our employees to combat inflation, and are also offering an additional adjustment in August 2022. Additionally, we increased OTE for all CSM positions to stay competitive with current market pay.
