Most importantly, I really enjoy the work I do at KnowBe4. I've been given the opportunity and the budget to do what I think is right for the company, which includes testing new approaches, vendors and strategies. I work with an amazing team that always has my back and I feel that we are valued for our contribution.

Cons

The pace of work is quick and demanding. This isn't a con if you are a top performer, but it is not the type of environment for everyone. Because of this we are very selective in our hiring process.

Generous bonus system, flexible schedules, fun and totally "non-corporate" atmosphere, fair pay and excellent perks and events.

Cons

Some of the fun things we used to do in the past have been cancelled since COVID lockdowns, but that's understandable. Some growing pains/extra requirements since going public.
