4yHello and thank you for bringing this to our attention. KnowBe4 does have an open PTO policy, as there is no set limit to the amount of PTO that can be taken. However, as you mentioned, our sales representatives are subject to certain black-out dates on PTO, particularly at the end of the month and quarter. This is because our sales teams put up big numbers during these times. Our recruitment team makes this explicitly clear to all sales candidates who are considering employment with KnowBe4. Apparently, something was missed during your hiring process, as you were not made aware of this policy.
