Pros

Most of the products are great The work is meaningful

Cons

Low pay compared to other companies in the industry. Lack of transparency overall. They laid a bunch of CSMs off, refused to acknowledge there were layoffs, and then increased everyone's workload and lied about it in a company-wide meeting. Lack of Advancement opportunities in SMB and no COLA. Forced Hybrid schedule for the revenue sector.

Hi Knowster, thank you for your feedback. With the new structure in the revenue department, there are plenty of career advancement opportunities from SMB; you can advance to a mid-market rep, an enterprise rep, or a management position. Our hybrid schedule allows for easier collaboration with your leadership and team. We pride ourselves on being radically transparent, and our C-suite leadership shares as much information as they know in our company-wide Daily Briefings.

Pros

Unlimited PTO Colleagues are fun to work with and helpful Health insurance coverage for employees Diversity and inclusivity are a top priority

Cons

Ever since the reorg, it’s been a complete mess. Processes are ignored, the sales team is out of control- they’re told to sell without any regard to the best interest of the customer or current policies in place. We’re set up for failure, as we’re all overworked and burned out. There was no communication to current customers on new expectations, so we’re constantly clawing at an uphill battle to stay afloat. Upper management doesn’t provide assistance, as they’re just as lost and left to fend for themselves as the rest of us. CSMs account loads are well beyond the limit. It seems as if there was zero thought given to how these changes would affect us and no support when it hits the fan. What organization offers a promotion to internal employees who go above and beyond, but no pay increase with it?! No cost of living increase either. It’s insulting and unacceptable. We’re constantly being told how great numbers are, but we aren’t seeing any monetary benefit. The new pay scale for commissions is completely confusing and clearly done intentionally. I don't know one person who understands it and it certainly feels like the goal post has been moved to another dimension. Base pay is grossly below industry standard. A ton of UUT going on and it seems like no one cares, as nothing is changing to improve and streamline things when brought to management’s attention and submitting reports of it. This place was once amazing and exciting to be a part of, but sadly has become just another corporate org that exploits its employees.

Hi Knowster. We are happy to hear that you enjoy working with your colleagues and are happy with our benefits package. In regards to the restructuring, Stu has made it clear in our company-wide Daily Briefings that there will be a learning curve and adjustment period with our new revenue department structure. We have not heard complaints from customers as we worked diligently to make sure their customer service experience has not been affected. If you have ongoing concerns, please be sure to file a report as we take these matters seriously.

Pros

This company has a clear direction and goal. Every morning, the CEO leads an all-hands call where he provides key strategic updates, and the CRO reviews daily sales performance. This helps make sure everyone in the company is aligned, knowledgeable, and working towards our corporate goal. Leadership in my team is strong as well. We're empowered to work independently, but always have support when we need it. Team members are encouraged to share their ideas and opinions, as well as to speak up if they notice anything that might become an issue. Several members of my team have been promoted, and the department is growing at a healthy pace. Overall, salary and benefits are strong, and I feel like we have a good work/life balance. There is also a monthly bonus game, where everyone in the company is rewarded based on overall sales performance, which is awesome.

Cons

Work is fast paced, so this environment isn't for everyone. You need to be a strong performer and self-motivated to be successful here.
