      Amazing training no matter the type of position you are in.

      Cons

      Health car for individuals is great but family health care is a bit expensive.

We are also constantly working to improve the benefits we offer and trust us, we wish we had more control over the cost of healthcare which just keeps going up. We offer a 100% no cost teladoc for all Knowster and their family to assist with everyday health issues.

      Pros

      So many benefits, great insurance options, monthly bonuses, so many different cool classes you can take and activities to do, free snacks, a ton of time off, beach view?! I am very thankful to be working here honestly.

      Cons

      It is frowned upon to work from home which sucks. This company is growing so quickly the option really should be there.
