Pros

Too many to list but here's is a start: Engaged and transparent CEO. Monthly bonuses that are the same for each employee out of probation creating a great team atmosphere. The market leader in a new category which is virtually untouched. Crazy growth and expansion rates which leads to lots of internal promotions. Over 100 already this year. Executives that "get their hands dirty" working right along with their teams. Highly motivated teams that want to excel at what they do and continue to break company records. June 2019 was another highest ever month and quarter. Over 6 years since the company had a down quarter. Last but not least, best recruitment and talent acquisition team on the planet!

Cons

The growth rate makes it challenging to hire all the new team members we need.

Pros

Pay, vacation, great with leave if you need it, benefits

Cons

Micromanaged to death. Even if you hit goals they don't let up. People that have been there for a while don't have to make any calls to got goals. Good leads seem to be filtered to management and people that they seem can close them. They close more because they are given more opportunity. 99% cold calling

I am sorry you feel that way. Just to clarify, it is 100% false that we have sales reps on the floor that "don't have to make any calls". We have a shared system where anyone can see others' call numbers. The lead system is an automated round robin, Leads are not assigned by any single individual. Favoritism is impossible with the current configuration. There is no micromanagement unless an individual is not keeping up with their leads. As a team, we do "push" beyond the point of hitting initial targets because we all want to keep having record setting months and quarters. The pushing is not stressful as anyone here on the last fews day a month would see. There are cheers, horns going off and a TON of positive motivation to do more than we have ever done before.
