Amazing company culture. Lots of perks. Great people to work with. Onboarding was a breeze and everyone was super helpful. KnowBe4 really has a rockstar on their team in Lyss! She made the welcome process the best experience I could have asked for at a new company

KnowBe4 is the type of workplace I never would have imagined could exist. My favorite part about working here is probably the people. Everyone is super friendly, kind, caring, and upbeat and positive! I remember when I went on my tour during my interview, everyone was smiling and I was wondering if they were just doing it because they knew I was on a tour, or if people were really that happy. It turns out, people ARE really that happy! I also love our team building events (Universal Studios, Sea Screamer, sunset cruises), company-wide monthly bonuses up to $2,000 a month regardless of your position in the company, free gym memberships, dance lessons, massage Thursdays, end of the month catered lunches and daily breakfast, snack and lunch carts. the benefits are great too, with 100% paid healthcare, dental and vision insurance, life insurance and 401K matching up to 3.5%.

*Amazing on boarding, Lyss did a great job on informing us about our on boarding and helping us in getting to know the company. She is an amazing company ambassador. *Great company culture, it feels like everybody is here for the same purpose .no bs and just pure interest in the customer. You do not see that a lot. *Great opportunities within the company. *Very well developed proposition. *Strong in house knowledge. *HR is really well organized and proactive.

Cons

As far as I can see I can not mention any cons. One thing I can imagine is, that a company like KnowBe4 could encounter some growing pains since we are growing in a very fast pace. So far I have not experience it but maybe on a longer term.
