Pros

it was very thorough, involved phone as well as face to face interviews allowing both sides to learn if it was going to be a good fit. I also received numerous tests at the end of the interview process after checking my tests and references I was offered a position. KnowBe4 is very careful about who they bring on board which makes the office environment fantastic. Everyone is doing their job and having fun with zero office politics.

Cons

Some applicants wont be offered a position. This is not really a con as it has created a group that is great to spend your days with.

Pros

Amazing culture, everybody really loves their job making it a great environment to work in. Pay is great, open vacation policy, extremely casual dress code, free gym membership, Yoga on Wednesdays, great views of Clearwater beach, snacks, paid lunches at the end of the month, oh and cash bonuses don't suck! We offer an amazing product and our CEO Stu Sjouwerman is always making the correct decisions to take us to the next level as a company. I really love the 'no door' policy and how transparent the entire executive team is with the staff, we always know what's going on in the bigger picture of the company. Honestly this is the best job I've ever had. I knew a few people that worked here before I started and they had nothing but amazing things to say, now I can see why.

Cons

The only cons are my long commute working 9-6 out of an office M-F, but I knew what I was signing up for and all the positives definitely make up for it!

The CEO is amazing. Keeps us informed of the goings-on. Great company bonuses. There is no micro-managing. We are all professionals that are great at what we do. I can go to lunch whenever I want. I can work from home if I need. Great view and cubicle. Provided snacks, fruit and coffee. Free gym membership, I could go on...

Cons

The a/c has had trouble a few times since I started. It wasn't unusual in the building's history prior to KnowBe4 moving in. BUT the CEO actually took on the responsibility personally to see that it was once and for all fixed. (It's a 12 story building of which we are only on the top 2 floors.)
