I have worked for A LOT of companies. This company has one of the best company cultures I have ever had the privilege of working in. Stu the CEO is very much involved and interested in his staff. He comes around periodically and checks on how you are doing. I dare any other CEO to do something like that. He leads from the front and not from an ivory tower. He has a great motto of "Do it right the first time. Do it fast. Have fun while you do it". We are always playing games to hit goals and we have great fun and rewards when we hit them. The executives here have a "No door" policy. No one is in an office behind closed doors. All our C-level executives are out in the open for anyone to come up and talk to and they are VERY approachable. This makes it easy to get anything clarified and get help when you need it. Everyone here is very supportive of their other team members. It is not a culture of the sales team versus the tech support. Each one helps the other happily and willingly because they know we ALL win.

Everyone here is very nice and helpful. If you feel obligated to ask a question, you CAN, the only bad questions in this company are questions not asked. There is a "No Door" policy where you could want right up to the CEO (Stu) and ask him a question directly, or just say "Hey" and ask how his day is. This is honestly the single greatest company I've worked for, and I'm very glad to be part of their team. When it comes to the training process, Matt teaches you all of the ins and outs, and company vocabulary, that you need to know in order to do your job as efficient as possible. Great job Matt!
