Here at Knowbe4 we know how to work as a team and strive for greatness.The documentation on your job title is perfect and to the T to help you get acclimated to your job title. There is always room to grow into new positions to better yourself and the company in general. We also know how to have fun at work to create a pleasant environment. The customers we have are wonderful to help out and work with. As a tech that is quite important. I love working here and look forward to what the future holds for this wonderful company, Knowbe4!

Cons

Because we are fast growing there is a lot on our plates to fill in all positions to satisfy the workflow to its optimum but we are working this all out.

They are open to new ideas, and we have a great working environment. This is a true team environment, and I love working here!

Cons

Growing fast, I am not sure that's bad! Nothing else to mention for Cons here at KnowBe4, we are a happy team!

Pros

The people are super talented and a lot of fun. Each person does his/her part to achieve both group and individual goals. The office has an open environment where "executive row" is a row of desks without doors. The CEO does what he says. Plus there's no bureaucracy to slow things down, so time in the office is productive and rewarding. There are also fun things like a casual dress code, a massive snack wall on each floor, really nice end of month lunches, a ping-pong table for our conference room, a free membership to the gym around the corner, and an impressive view of the beaches.

Cons

We need more amazing people to help us keep up with this incredible growth! Our new 11th floor AC is hit or miss, but the landlord got it fixed on the 12th floor, so I'm sure this will be handled soon. I can't think of anything else.

The AC is now brand new on all floors in both buildings! Free gym membership is in place (2 different gyms) and many more added perks. Knowsters speak: We listen!!!!
