First week I was little overwhelmed by how positive and seemingly happy/content everyone seemed. Two months later and it's not a facade - the employees are treated with such respect here that it makes total sense why everyone (including myself) is happy coming to work. It's not the fake happy either, people genuinely enjoy being here and everyone seems to be working toward a common goal - making sure the company is successful. This is by far the best company I've worked for, hands down.

I have never worked for an organization quite like this. Politics are nil and people are genuinely happy to be here every day. It is not hard to sell a product that is a great value AND helps people fix a big problem they face. It never has that "Car Salesman" feel. The interview process is tough and as much as they need people, they are very picky about who they hire. This is important as it keeps the culture awesome. There are free snacks and a very laid back dress code. The equipment and building are kept in good shape and the view of the bay is awesome. I couldn't ask for more. On a side note, the Founder and CEO genuinely loves his people. You can watch him smile when others are smiling, and it's genuine. He has many people that have worked for him in the past that were thrilled to come back when he started KnowBe4. That says a lot.
