I really love working here. This company has a culture that is so unique. It has such a comfortable environment to be in. I never felt nervous or out of place. That alone is worth it to me. We have a wonderful office to work in that provides, coffee, snacks, monthly catered lunches as well as a free gym member ship. The owner really cares about his employees and you can tell!

Pros

This company has a great culture, awesome compensation structure where everyone wins. The purpose of the organization is very good as well. I am impressed with how well all teams work together and the company is destined for greatness! Free gym membership and yummy snacks help too!

Cons

It takes a couple months to actually have commissions catch up.

Pros

A business that actually cares about its employees and their goals. It's got a motto of RIGHT FAST FUN for a reason. We are often caught laughing with ourselves and clients with joy, as we all push towards our goals for the month. Along with that they profess to us the need to do it right and anyone in the company would stop and assist you to do so.

Cons

They hire on smart, fun, encouraging people so you need to keep that negativity that you had at old jobs out of here. It is a fast process to get started and you will need to focus during training, but the training staff is always friendly and encouraging through the whole process.
