Everything. A company that is growing quarter after quarter. Owner and Management that really cares about the employees. If you are looking for a company that believes in work life balance one that makes it a place where you actually want to come to work This is the company for you. By far the best work environment I have ever worked in. When you read the reviews I promise they are exactly how it is. AMAZING

Pros

I've worked here a little over a month and it's a great work environment! Team oriented with upbeat staff and management! You work as a team so when the company is doing well, everyone receives incentives. it's nice to be a part of such a group which encourages you to work hard, fast but at the same time have fun in the process! You receive an assigned parking spot so parking is never an issue. This is a fast growing company and from what I've witnessed thus far, there hasn't been anything this group can't handle and who work hard to find the best solutions to handle the work flow and build for the future.

Cons

I don't have any cons to report. I've worked for different companies and never one with so many perks or more team oriented than this one.

Open work environment, friendly staff, no office drama, great incentives, everyone helps everyone, up to date technology, plus the view of the coast is amazing!! Also, great training your first 3 days here, really helps you understand the company and what we do.

Cons

Nothing, it really is the best place to work!
