      Fast Moving, No Day is the Same, Promoted 2x in 4 Years!

      Pros

      - If you like fast, like I do, you will love it - Extreme Transparency, Stu really instills his trust in his employees which is not the norm but a great feeling - No day is the same on the salesforce Operations side which makes the work days move quickly - Also I am surrounded by extremely intelligent subject matter experts which makes my job much for fun to learn and grow!

      Cons

      - Sometimes our function is brought in last on some larger impact project providing us a small timeline to deliver and not the best product delivered - As the company has grown more and more structure and levels of approval needed to get projects approved, accessed and progressing forward which had led to lengthy turnaround times on projects that should not that long - Other than these, that is it.

      Pros

      There are not any pros. NONE! Place will make you lose your mind, your confidence, etc. Maybe they will get acquired and bring in better leaders.

      Cons

      Liars and are degrading, especially to young professionals. Providing no growth path and only promote scientologists. Very abusive organization - bullying is what the leaders do!!! Bully, bully, bully. They remove all negative reviews --- I sure hope they are acquired. They should remove all current leaders if acquired. The leaders do not have the experience required to treat people like humans. I have witnessed bullying, been bullied and see they treat people poorly. TOXIC culture!!! Toxic!!!!!!! And executive leaders -- are tactical, not strategic but that is because they have NO experience to lead. Some that are VPs were admins but they are scientologists!!! MICRO managers. I hope this helps one person out there realize this place treats people so poorly!!!

      Amazing place to work. The Holiday Party is amazing

      Cons

      They really look down on remote work. I think it would be an added bonus. Not saying all roles need to be remote, but perhaps have the ability to remote work once or twice a week.

      Thanks so much ! Now that we have been working from home, all of us, we have more experience with WFH. It's being revisited, but the experience is that being in the office together is more fun as a team, and also both more effective. You simply get more done and you're not in Zoom Prison all the day. :-D Warm regards, Stu
