      Pros

      Onboarding and training was awesome! Everyone involved are very motivating and high energy and they bring a lot of positivity to the workplace. Everything so far has been very thorough and well thought out in comparison to other organizations I have been a part of. I've been here for a little over a month and so far, you are given all the resources you need and more to ramp up comfortably. I look forward to progressing into my role and doing my part for the company :)

      Having to clock in and out on a salary :(

      We are so glad you have enjoyed your experience joining as a Knowster. As far as the clocking in and out, unfortunately we don't set these rules, the DOL does. But, clocking in and out means OT pay. :)

      Pros

      You get treated equally. The company culture is amazing! I've never seen anything like it. All employees - including the managers and executives (even Stu) - get the same monthly cash bonuses if the entire company reaches the sales quota. This makes everyone work together like a real team! There are morning meetings everyday at 9 AM and Stu keeps everyone updated - how awesome is that?! Every employee knows exactly what is expected of them. Every employee knows that this is a workplace so you've gotta do work but it is a lot of fun! There are free snacks. Bean bags to take short naps on after lunch (make sure to tell your manager though so that they know where to find you...lol). Overall, KnowBe4 is growing super fast!

      We practice radical transparency, when you are in hyper-growth everyone really needs to be on the same page, you cannot treat anyone like mushrooms! :-))) Warm regards, Stu

      Pros

      After being here for more than 3 years, I am still thrilled to be part of this team. There is an amazing amount of expansion & it's still fun. We are getting awesome bonuses & income increases. Management creates plans for continual growth & applies them. It's not just talk. The staff surveyed regularly to make sure we are all happy. The views are great. :)

      Cons

      With the open space, it can get a little loud which can interfere with calls.
