      You get monthly bonuses if they hit the dollar amount for the month

      Cons

      Every year they change your pay or change the commission structure, no matter how good of a csm you are.

      Great culture - lower pay

      Culture is good, people are great. CEO, CRO, and VPs actually care about you. Loved working there

      Cons

      Pay is very low for the industry, even for SMB Market is saturated (although they are the industry leader) Micromanaged "Why didn't you make any calls between 2-4"
