      Executives Out of Touch!

      Pros

      The people on your direct team. The KB4 family is priceless. Ability to expand knowledge constantly.

      Cons

      With GTM changes the whole revenue department is stressed out. Customer Success is BURIED in work after a major layoff. The CEO actually says when asked "CS doesn't have more work and no one is making LESS money" which is actually a load of you know what. CS has way more work, reduced salaries and new pay plans that mean they will never get paid commission, because the goals are unobtainable. He sounds out of touch. One of two things is true: no one is actually circling the complaints UP to him. Or he just doesn't care. Either way, the environment that used to be a fun, sane place where people want to work is turning into a money hungry number pusher.

      Hello, thank you for your feedback. We are working on adjusting compensation packages and workloads accordingly based on the new go-to-market restructuring that affected the revenue department. Our leadership is being as transparent as possible in the daily briefings as we are all on the same learning curve adjusting to the new ARR quota model.       Pros

      Fast paced and very easy to make money. But you have to be willing to handle a variety of leadership styles and unacknowledged micromanagement. I over all have no complaints. However, I do my job well as they expect you too though so they leave me alone.

      Cons

      Wish there was better communication with everything that goes on behind the scenes. A lot of rumors go around. Wish it was easier to move up into leadership as well.
