      Pros

      I am in the beginning stages of training, but I must say that this company has everything aligned and everyone is on the same page. Training is in depth and ensures you understand the product and the purpose of the company. Currently doing everything virtual due to Covid-19, but this has been a very personable experience.

      Cons

      There is A LOT to learn right off the bat, however it is presented in a way where it is not boring and makes you excited to learn the informing.

      Excellent work environment, positive/respectful team, zero office politics, excellent dress code, customer focused mindset, referral bonuses, frequent team-building activities, no-cost life coach, monthly games/contests, opportunities for career growth, stats driven goals, daily all-staff meeting, strong emphasis on transparency both in numbers and corporate policy, clear direction and plan for future expansion, no-door policy, encouragement to share new ideas, health insurance is paid by the company for all employees, dental insurance, life insurance, 401K with a 3% match, in-office massages, free corporate gym membership, weekly in-office Yoga, complimentary coffee/tea/fruit/snacks, monthly bonus to all full-time employees, company provided catered lunch on the last day of every month, unlimited paid time off

      Pros

      So many Pros, the company culture is huge here. The CEO really cares about the employees and takes care of us. I honestly love my job and coming to work every day! I never thought I'd say that.

      Cons

      The bathrooms could be cleaner.
