      Pros

      Remote work, tech support was nice.

      Cons

      Management motivates via threatening language. I have never been bullied by a manager before working here. Asking for help or explanations results in being talked down to and made fun of. Terribly toxic culture. HIPAA violations galore. My manager assumed my politics based solely on my gender and sexual orientation and talked about it constantly despite it going against company policy. They withold severance if you don’t sign an NDA when you give two weeks. I refused because it said something about waiving the right to a jury trial.

      Pros

      Working at KnowBe4 has been such a positive experience. I have nothing but great things to say about everyone who works there. The work environment is so great and all the employees are well taken care of. Not only that but enjoying what you do everyday and being surrounded by people pushing you to be your best is a great feeling!

      Cons

      You wear many hats at this company so you need to always be on your toes. This is not a bad thing you just need to make sure you can manage your work.

      Pros

      I have never seen a CEO care about his employees the way that Stu does. This company has been a pleasant surprise since day one between the culture, the people, the benefits, the gatherings etc. I am happy to say I work here.

      Cons

      Salaries are low compared to competitors and family benefits can be unaffordable.
