      Open PTO-this is limited though for certain depts like mine.Cannot take off the last 5 days of the month.

      Very fake, toxic positivity environment, cultish almost.

      Hi Knowster. Our return to office policy is 3 days a week for those within 25 miles, there is no push away from hybrid. We made no changes to PTO. Our turnover rate improved by 4% in 2024. We have always wanted Knowsters to have their cameras on during meetings.
