From applying, to the interview - it was a very smooth process. it was also very quick! The training program is very intense, but also allows enough time to learn the ropes.

Cons

Low base pay in comparison to other similar jobs. I prefer to continue to work from home. Remote first does work.

Pros

People are the heart of the organization and that was the main attraction for me. I initially interviewed for a different position and the recruiter (Isabel) listened to what my goals were and right fit me with a position coming available in the near future. I’m so glad she had the foresight to think of me for the opportunity. Keeping people at the heart of the organization is the key to an inclusive, happy workplace and they nail it.

Pros

There are so many great things about this company, that I almost don't know where to start. KnowBe4 is an innovative company that puts a lot of focus and effort to make sure that its employees are well-trained, happy and productive. The environment is demanding but fun and exciting. You will be expected to work hard but you'll sure have a lot of fun while doing it. There are tons of resources for employees and executives are supportive and accessible.

Cons

Not really a con, but performance expectations are high and the company moves at a very fast pace. So it may not be a good fit for everyone.
