      Unlimited PTO, great holiday party

      Cons

      If you're not sunshine and rainbows all the time, and don't "love your job", then company culture definitely freezes you out. Radical transparency also means you are noticed when you have a concern. PR machine.

      Amazing sales team!

      Pros

      The pros are the amount of skill development that is poured into you, the abundance of support you receive from leadership, and how much money you can make!! Since I’ve been here, leadership has always kept their word and have been radically transparent. I’ve always received the help I’ve needed to improve. It’s been an amazing ride and by far the best company I’ve ever been a part of.

      Cons

      It can be a slow start. As a sales rep, it did take about 3 months before I started earning commission checks because there was 2 months of training. However, I can say I’ve never earned more anywhere else.
