Leadership seems dysfunctional and not at all aligned. Team feedback is ignored or unwelcome on leadership decisions that affect them. Turnover is comparatively high No work-life balance- they say it's a priority and in practice. and then expect you to work over weekends, holidays, etc. They call it a need of the business. Staff is considered on call 24/7. Salaries are ok. Just under or at market range generally. Regardless, the amount ended up not being worth what they require or expect in from you. Raises are few, far between and small. Broken promises- been hearing for years things they will do, improve, etc. - still waiting. They know what to say. and say the right things and then do differently. Information is misrepresented with employees and, unfortunately, with clients. They pressure staff to support these inaccuracies in meetings, etc. Multiple instances of what I consider unethical and non-secure practices with no regard for fixing. Staff seem to be seen as expendable and are left holding the bag or being the fall guy. Extremely complex and confusing working environment. There are as many or more outside contractors and temp employees that work on projects with staff. Always reactive, never are they proactive on anything. Technical people basically firefight all day, while nontechnical people interface with upset clients almost always, it seems.
