Few years ago, just after the joining company recovered from a huge financial disaster because of some smart & well experienced executives & managerial decisions from US. Some of great talent left because of that, but with no options remain, Indian management authorities given to some from unsuccessful producers to Immature Manager's(with no management background) who only care about themselves and their friends. As the saying goes, Good Employees don’t leave Companies, they leave Managers. A bad Manager can take a good staff and destroy it. I saw some of the great talent leaving and manager only cares and brag about market value. Lots of politics internally in the teams. Some Managers & Producers favors only their supporter's.

* As they have got many new projects, they lack in handling the work pressure. * Unnecessary involvement of game producers in everybody's matters, and they have been given full liberty to pass the judgement of any employee. They are been given all managerial authorities which is unnecessary.
