Not a fit for everyone

Pros

- beautiful office space - friendly and welcoming co-workers - some remote flexibility - If you are looking for stability and a traditional corporate culture, Knowledge Services could be a great fit

Cons

- More of an "old school" company, do not expect to come here and have progressive work policies - Extremely slow to implement change and feedback - There is clearly a disconnect between employees and leadership, there are consistent complaints that never get addressed - There are a lot of family members in leadership so there are often claims of nepotism, which is expected at a family-owned private company. If that is something that bothers you, this will not be a good fit

Pros

No weekends, steady hours M-F, dental/vision insurance

Cons

Can be a hostile environment depending on whose bad side you’re on, training isn’t an accurate depiction of the job, favoritism, low accruing PTO, Insurance doesn’t cover major medical procedures. If you absolutely need a job, it’s not bad. But this is not a positive environment to work in.
