Pros

The pay you on time. The employee relations coordinator(s) are readily available.

Cons

The pay scale is extremely unbalanced. They don't take into consideration that all the employees don't live in the same area. Cost of living is much higher for the people in the Chicagoland area than for the people in the middle of no where Indiana. Yet they get the paid the same thing, unless you speak Spanish. People who happen to speak Spanish come in making at least $1.50 more than the people who only speak English and who have been with the company for years. Then those same people who come in making more than the people who've already been with the company don't even stay!

Dear Reviewer: Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback as we take every review seriously. We empathize with recent frustrations you’ve experienced regarding pay pertaining to specific locations/positions that are filled on behalf of a client. Unfortunately, pay rates are not something Knowledge Services has complete control over. Pay rates may vary by resource based on employee-driven negotiations at the time of hire, client needs, employee qualifications, and market trends in that area for required skill sets. For example, a client might need an employee with the ability to fluently understand and speak Spanish, which can lead to higher pay depending on the location and availability of an individual who meets those requirements. It is a goal at Knowledge Services to provide an environment where all of our employees, corporate or contract, feel that they are valued and can express their concerns or frustrations. If you have additional concerns you would like to share, we encourage you to contact your Employee Relations Coordinator at ERTeam@knowledgeservices.com. Thank you again, for your contributions.

Pros

Beautiful building, free coffee, gym, snacks and monthly lunches and celebrations

Cons

It is very sad to me how leadership presents this “perfect all inclusive culture” when you have people in HR that make fun of people, are rude and completely unprofessional.
