Amazing experience so far

Pros

I just started working here in recent months, and I am so pleasantly surprised by the work environment and the work-life balance. It is clear to me that the company truly values its employees, and they work very hard to make that a priority.

Cons

I feel like the health insurance is a kind of expensive, and it doesn't cover a whole lot until the deductible is met.

Pros

Leadership and the workforce as a whole are so welcoming, friendly, and always willing to assist in any way that they can. Job tasks and organization are very well defined, and you always see the purpose of what you're doing. KS values the growth and development of their employees so that they can build a prosperous career.

Cons

There are no cons that I can think of at this time. Pay for the vast majority of recruiters at KS is salaried, which limits the earning potential one could get from a commission-based system, but having stable pay and a management team that cares about finding the best fit, versus just filling positions, is very refreshing.
