No pros that I can think of aside from pay is okay

Cons

Discrimination based on health, not a fan of people that ask extremely personal questions upon interviews.

It is a great open environment - everyone has open door policies and is inviting to conversation and assistance regardless if you are on that team or not

Cons

It is a big company with various different departments, so, I often feel like I don't ever need to explore other areas other than my team area and get to know what the other spots feels like
