Pros

Office space has many awesome amenities. Everyone that works here is very friendly and will make you feel at home from day one. There is no micro-managing of employees. Hard work is rewarded and new ideas are listened to. They will keep in mind your career goals and interests when assigning you work. There are lots of fun events and ways to connect with people in this company, and they are growing.

Cons

Not fully remote (could be a pro or con). Benefits are fairly average and with only preventative health care covered.
