Pros

Very pleasant to work with and communicate well, just don't loose your assignment.

Cons

If your job ends abruptly then good luck having them contact you again even if you did a great job. Never let go before ever until working for a temp agency. The employers do treat you differently and not really as a member of their team and you will walk on pins and needles not knowing if you do not meet above the standards then goodbye.

The people I worked with. Something different daily. Challenging days. Inventory was an escape from the craziness!

Amazing co-workers, great facility, my specific manager was wonderful, the job was fulfilling.

Cons

They value the wrong things in some workers and that is rewarded. The turn around is high.
